By registering or joining the waitlist, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
§ 2 Subject Matter

- Product costing (material costs, electricity consumption, margins)
- Inventory management and stock tracking
- Dashboard with revenue and performance analytics
- Management of filaments, materials, and shipping supplies
- Team management with multiple users and roles
The exact scope of features depends on the chosen subscription plan. Details of available plans will be published on the website.
§ 3 Beta Phase / Early Access
PrintCraft Pro is currently in a closed beta phase (Early Access). Access is exclusively by personal invitation. We reserve the right to:
- Change, add, or remove features
- Take the platform temporarily offline for maintenance
- Restrict availability
No availability guarantee is provided during the beta phase. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted service.
§ 4 Registration and Account Management
Use of the platform requires registration. The user agrees to:
- Provide truthful and complete information during registration
- Keep access credentials secure and not share them with third parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
§ 5 Fees and Payment Terms
PrintCraft Pro will in future be offered as a subscription model. Various plans are planned, including a permanently free basic tier.
Billing for paid plans will be handled by the payment service provider Stripe. Specific prices and plan details will be published on the website in good time before the introduction of paid plans.
Waitlist members and early-access users may benefit from special introductory terms. However, there is no legal entitlement to such benefits.
§ 6 Usage Rights
Droidtech e.K. grants the user a simple, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of the contractual relationship. The user is not entitled to:
- Copy, distribute, or make the software publicly available
- Pass on or rent access to third parties
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Conduct automated access (scraping, bots) without explicit authorisation
§ 7 Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
§ 8 Limitation of Liability
Droidtech e.K. is liable without limitation only in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, Droidtech e.K. is only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and only up to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
Liability for data loss is limited to the typical recovery effort that would have arisen with regular and risk-appropriate data backup.
§ 9 Availability
We strive for high availability of the platform. No specific availability quota is guaranteed, particularly during the beta phase. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.
§ 10 Termination and End of Contract
The user may delete their account at any time by sending an email to mail@printcraftpro.de or via the account settings.
Droidtech e.K. may terminate the contractual relationship with 30 days' notice. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. Upon account deletion, all stored user data will be erased unless statutory retention obligations apply.
§ 11 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for good reason (e.g. changes in law, new features, changed business models). Changes will be communicated to the user by email or upon the next login. If the user does not object within 30 days of notification, the new Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted.
§ 12 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for merchants and legal entities is Wittlich. Should any provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
